Houston's Submerged Arc Welding System
The Houston facility operates a precision submerged arc welding (SAW) system used for high-strength structural welds on large steel components.

This automated welding process produces deep penetration welds with excellent consistency, making it well suited for structural steel used in substations, transmission structures, and other power infrastructure applications.

By maintaining controlled weld parameters and continuous flux coverage, the system delivers uniform weld quality across long structural members while supporting efficient production of heavy steel assemblies.
