You can browse the public pages without submitting contact details. If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. A plant-tour request may include the facility you select; an RFQ may include structure types and the date you need the steel on site. We use these details only to respond to your inquiry. The website's contact service also uses the request IP address to limit submissions and help prevent spam.
Contact form submissions are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, to SteelCon's marketing inbox. The website does not store contact submissions in its database. After delivery, SteelCon retains inquiries in its company email inbox only. If you email us directly, your email is received by the SteelCon team as well.
Authorized site editors use Clerk to sign in to the private content-management area; Clerk processes their account and sign-in information for authentication. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
Cookies and Analytics
SteelCon uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this website. The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If you decline before it loads, we do not load it. If you withdraw consent after accepting, we stop future analytics collection and remove Google Analytics cookies where possible.
We also honor browser privacy opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. When your browser sends one of these signals, Google Analytics stays off even if you previously allowed it.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. Information collected through Google Analytics is sent to Google for analytics processing and reporting.

How We Respond to Inquiries
We use the email address or phone number you provide to respond to your inquiry. We do not use contact-form submissions to send surveys or general promotional messages.
